1 bunch kale, chopped
1 medium onion
1/2 handful chopped sundried tomatoes
1 can green chilis
1/2 cup of shredded parmesan
1 dozen eggs
8 oz of cheve

Put the veggies and parmesan in 9" x 12" pan. Cover with beaten eggs. Make sure egg soaks through to the bottom of the pan. Spinkle cheve on top.

Bake at 350 until it's done. Golden around the edges.
